Great central location, close to major attractions and public transportation. Comfy rooms, friendly and helpful staff, and a fantastic breakfast spread. Tea making facilities available, although some guests suggested providing tea, coffee, and teaspoons in the rooms. Milk and other items were allowed to be taken to the rooms.

It was just a short walk from the metro and in a gorgeous area with plenty of dining options nearby. the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. They allowed us to leave our bags with them after check out at no extra charge, which was a huge help. Plus, the breakfast at this hotel was delicious and there was plenty of variety to choose from.

We were impressed with the location of the hotel, as it was conveniently situated near major attractions such as the Austrian parliament building and Stefansplatz. The nearby tram and Metro stops made it easy to explore the city. Our room was spacious and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast provided was tasty and sufficient. We particularly enjoyed dining at the nearby restaurant "Marienhof" recommended to us by the hotel. we had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.
