Great central location, close to major attractions and public transportation. Comfy rooms, friendly and helpful staff, and a fantastic breakfast spread. Tea making facilities available, although some guests suggested providing tea, coffee, and teaspoons in the rooms. Milk and other items were allowed to be taken to the rooms.

We were impressed with the location of the hotel, as it was conveniently situated near major attractions such as the Austrian parliament building and Stefansplatz. The nearby tram and Metro stops made it easy to explore the city. Our room was spacious and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast provided was tasty and sufficient. We particularly enjoyed dining at the nearby restaurant Marienhof recommended to us by the hotel. we had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.
